Camera duds. Theft in store
My cellphone was ****** in store from my bag..I was told when I asked to review tapes that the cameras in store were duds. And there was no way I could view the cctv at the entrance. There was no recording. Story seemed a bit bull****. But I was a bit distraught to argue. Yes they did assist in trying to call my cell, but I felt my episode was treated too casually. If there was proper cameras, there was a chance I could have found culprit.

17 Jan 2018, 15:00No response received after initial contact. I want my phone to be replaced by PEP. If the cameras worked then maybe the person that stole my phone could have been caught.
