Buy cellphone, now has no phone

I bought a phone in December 2015 as a back up phone. Charged phone, but did not use phone. When my husband needed a phone he informs me the phone keeps on switching off. Took phone back to Pep Fair bridge Mall. They tell me the guarantee expired. They will send for repairs, but I will have to pay R200 to get phone back. I was told it will take 2 weeks. It is now 6 weeks still nothing. I either want my R700 back or any phone of my choice. Moral of the story, don't buy a cell phone from Pep.
