Bullying of a toddler

On August 31, 2023, I visited PEP Store (Tshepiso "Sharpeville") with my 1-year-old daughter and sister, where the store manager Vusi Mo***eng and subordinate Busiswa Makeleni made remarks about her Mongolian appearance, questioning how the father looks? Why am i so comfortable to walk with such a child in public? Further laughed about it. I was hurt and asked why they were bullying her. Today 1st September 2023 i called the PEP Store Customer Service Centre, but the representative rather told me she apologizes on their behalf no further steps to be taken were mentioned. I refuse to stand by while my daughter is bul****, and if my pleas are not heard, I am willing to turn to social media for help. I believe the store should be let go for bullying clients and disparaging remarks. How many customers have went through what I went through? Is this PEP Store Culture? To allow employees to bully their customers and just say they apologize on their behalf? The HR still isn't doing anything about the matter rather than to apologize. Is it fair though, shouldn't my daughter be allowed to look different? Is that a sin?
