Bully and bad personality , customer service and disrespect

Cashier Mapule Glen Balad Mall 6553 She started transactions with me left it incomplete and ask Her colleague to come finish up with me because she was going on lunch. The colleague was surprised by her behaviour she never said a word to her She was not pleased with her colleagues gesture and she started shouting her.

But Bulelwa came regardless of being bul**** and assisted me with respect and I asked for a manager she was also very polite and they both apologised, while Mapule was enjoying her lunch 🥗

I asked Mapule how do you leave me in the middle of the transaction , she left anyway. 😡
