Broken phone for repairs ,not back

Dear Sir or Madam<br> <br> I bought a samsung galaxy fame light phone from the above mentioned store in August of last year. In November the 17 th the phone froze and was completely dead. I took it to the store on the 17th and they told me to come back after 3 weeks. Then 4 weeks. Basically the store hasnt gotten back to me eversince last week Friday when I went to check again. This is an inconvinience to me. they gave me a compansation phone were I can recieve calls but I cannot connect to the internet and social media. This is inconviniencing me greatly. Please help. I want my phone back asap or atleast a new one if its unrepairable as the phone was still under warranty.<br> <br> Nombheko Mahamba
