BROKEN PHONE

I bought a cell phone last year December at pep in Market Street . it was a ZTE cellphone that worked for 2 weeks i took it back to the store and they sent it for repairs to MTN. MTN was unable to repair the phone and gave me a replacement phone on the 17February 2015 upon receiving this phone its still not working and when i called the store they informing me that they will send it again for repairs this is not on i just want my money back now....
