Broken cell phone.

I bought fone on 11 January 2021 and I returned it on 17 February as it went blank. Thy book fone for repairs and was told my fone will be back within 5 weeks. Til today my fone is not back now thy said I must wait 7 working days and it passed as well poor service. I am still waiting for my fone til today.
