BRING BACK MY PARCEL AND MONEY!!!!!

I'm disappointed in how Pep together with paxi are mistreating me

Been a month a week waiting for parcel to be sent to Fouriesburg from Bloemfontein

Was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 working days but it's over a month now.

Was my first time using it and ast time

Been tracking my parcel for whole month now with no luck!

They been saying it's on the way then 2 weeks back they said there's protest parcel at the warehouse last week they call the receiver of the parcel to say bottles are leaking I called back they said no parcel it's on the way

I texted them back enquiring they said it's prohibited which at the store they accepted and did put them in parcel bag which was my first time sending using paxi why ddnt they say so before accepting money I contacted pep to discuss the matter even today no one has gotten back to me to tell me are they bringing back my parcel or what

I'm selling detergent side hustle and unemployed my client is very angry with me

Why do Pep and paxi abuse me in this manner.
