Brilliant service

Hi my name is Lynette Opperman.

I am selling Avroy Shlain and have valued clients everywhere in South Africa. I visited Pep Stores in Eersterust Pretoria on Monday 10 February 2025 to book a parcel with the PAXI services Pep makes available to us. The que was becoming long by the time, i rushed in there, just before they were about to close. There were older people in the que whereby I decided to let them go before me, knowing sending a parcel takes more time then what a normal sale would take. Me being a former Pep Branch Manager, we call ourselves (All Pep Staff) "Dynamo's" i was so delighted by the great service received". 😍🙏The Dynamo at the till immediately asked another to open a till and assist me with my PAXI parcel. She continued helping the elderly people. They were all so friendly and helpful at that few minutes before closure. That was a memorable moment for me Well done👌 My day was made.
