Bought phone and returned it but store policy take months to get phone back.

I bought a phone by pep at Tonga mall within 7days the phone wasn't working and just a black phone and I returned it they told me it will take month. I'm super ****es I just want my money back or a proper phone that will work because I was gonna use it for business. This is very bad,
