PEP store 5624 Protea Gardens Mall I bought a cellphone at protea gardens mall Pep store on Tuesday (28/11/2023)when I left the store the phone was working but when I got home it started switching itself on and off, even frozen while using it Then I decided to take it back in the morning, and the service was very bad. The said they can't change it cause they don't see any problem

Their customer care tried to help but the area manager by the name of Tinyiko he also refused to help me.they area manager advised me to take it back to store for repairs, imagine I did not even used it a day but it's my fault

My advice don't buy any device at Pep especially cellphone rather go to any other store for better customer service
