Blocked voucher

It’s day 11 of me trying to get my voucher unblocked, I’ve sent out numerous emails and I’ve made as much calls trying to get my issue resolved with Pep, instead I’m receiving empty promises left, right and center, instead I’m losing money on buying airtime and data to get communication, I’m unemployed and this is heavy on my pocket, @PEP please assist your customers
