Blocked voucher

On friday the 31st of Janaury I made a deposit at pep, when my aunt who went to collect the money it said invalid, when I called immediately on friday I was told it would be sorted out, monday I went again to pep and was told it would be sorted within a couple of hours, I went again on Tuesday and only then I was told the voucher was blocked, and it would take a few hours to unblock. Today I call again and I’m told it’s five days, pep money transfers which one is it? I’m frustrated and the endless back and forth
