Blatant lack of communication as well distress
I would like to start off that I am truly appalled with PEP's "express delivery" service and the complete disregard on notifying the customer on the status of their package. My mother sent a rather large parcel containing gifts for my brother and I via the PEP express delivery on the 17th of MARCH and on my mother's end it said it had been delivered to Cape Town and that was the very notification received until the 21st of JUNE, which was a call asking if we received our package or any sort of notification to no avail. Skip all the way to the 25th of JUNE my mother calls PEP, only for them to tell her, after 3 whole months, that our package is lost. Package with rather valuable goods. This was the most blatant form of lack of communication as there was no decency to attempt to reach out to either myself or my mother as this was the first time we've heard of such a case. Rest assured that PEP and as well as PEP's delivery services have lost customers todaly. Not only is a refund due for our goods, the cost for the express delivery ( which might I add, is the most expensive form of delivery but here we are 3 MONTHS later) as well emotional/mental distress of the whole situation as it is long overdue. 0 stars if I could
