#Black Friday (bad customer service at pep mams mall)

#Black friday,so today I went pep mams mall the queue was long because of loadshedding,there where three tills working ,so the lady at the second till keep on assisting her frends the skip the queue and go to her first it was a security guy,second it was two guys from Fnb,she is busy helping them ,she is busy talking to them and also the lady at till number three guess what the lady she is busy talking to that she is busy on till number is manage her is Noni,she didn’t care about the queue or maybe tell the lady on till number two that what she is doing is wrong Nooo ,the keep on talking,30 minutes on the queue just because the is no customer service,those ladies need proper training what is the name of customer service,Noni is not fit to be a manager trust me,people where busy complaining on the queue but because I know my fighter hello Peter help ,I am not done with them will also escalate this to pep management.
