BLACK EMPLOYEE ABUSE, MALTREATMENT AND DISRESPECT

Pep Store outlets are managed mostly by black ladies and top management is mostly whites who have no regard for the black employees. Black employees are treated are badly with no respect at all. I have got a friend who is pregnant and she is expected to work 14 consecutive days without rest. She is be expected to come to work on her off day even after many days she has worked just because there is workload in her store. There is no respect when she is spoken to. The only language spoken in these stores is profit for the store and no regard for the health wellbeing of the employees. I used to work for a company where I earned R 40 000 a month, (Nett) working 12 consecutive days without rest but ended up quitting because it was too much for my health. They are expected to work 12 to 14 consecutive days without rest and they would call her on her day off because the store is busy. MOST OF THE TOP WHITE MANAGEMENT HAVE NO REGARD FOR BLACK EMPLOYEES, NO RESPECT AT ALL.. I WONDER WHETHER PEP STORE SEND THEM FOR WORKSHOPS ON HUMAN COURTESY. MATERNITY LEAVE IS 4 MOTHS AND YOU ONLY EARN 32% OF YOUR SALARY. PEP STORE ARE SLAVE DRIVERS. THE FIRST THING WHEN YOU CALL A PERSON IS TO AT LEAST GREET, BUT YOU WOULD BE CALLED AND JUST BE TOLD COME TO A MEETING TOMORROW WITHOUT BEING GREETED.
