Beware of Pep store transfer

I'm so hurt and disappointed at Pep stores. I did money transfer and the receiver didn't receive the money. i called their customer service they told me the money was out after 5minutes. went back to the store the manager told me that they have 50 cases ,so i must open a case like everyone else. Pep **** their customers because if they have many cases it means they are aware of the **** but they continue doing money transfer. store nu 8727 i was not even happy the way the manager "helped me".
