Beware lay-byes disappear at PEP!!!

<p>On the 27th of January 2017 I made a lay-bye at PEP.10/02/2017 I went to collect it and discovered it had grown legs and walked out of the store.The manager didn't bother to address me or at least offer an apology on behalf of the staff.I walked out of the store without my lay-bye nor a refund or a plan of action.</p>
