Best price but no power to me
I brought a Hurricane Swirl cellphone mid this year,it was really a good quality phone and value for money. Unfortunately a few months down the line I began to experience problems with the charging pin, needless to say I took my phone in in October as it was well within its guarantee.
I got it back second week of December. I attempted charging it over a day as I expected that the battery would be flat,to my dismay my phone wouldn't turn. I returned it to the store with the phone and the sales lady also failed to charge it as well. What I cannot understand is why they gave me the battery to keep, what i don't understand is why not take in the battery in as well. What saddens and upsets me is how can PEP stores and Vodafone is why sell a product without also selling the accessories. It's the festive season and I can't get in touch with my family??. I have to wait for 6weeks. Worse is already I'm having problems and it's been less than a year. To add insult to injury, I was told it's Vodafone that decides whether or not I can get a refund or have the handset replaced. In future before selling handsets insure that you also supply the accessories for that you cause should you run into a problem with your phone past the warranty then you can still get to keep and maintain phone.
