Best customer service and bending over backwards helping a customer!

I came in holding a very heavy baby to pick up my PAXI parcel, the parcel was a baby holding wrap which I wasn't certain how to use, I asked for help right there and then and fortunately the staff that was there that day was amazing, they even went on tik tok to check for me.how to tie the wrap and it was such a relief cause my baby is super heavy. Wanna say the manager of the place has such great employees and good people that go over and above their job specifications. Thanks to Mbali, Anele and Yutasha! They deserve recognition 👏 this was at Pepcell in Kwadukuza mall, stanger.
