Being threatened to be beaten by staff memeber

<p>i went to Pep store in Kempton Park, Kempton Square. i went to deposit money on the 12 Janaury 2017, i was assisted by Hope mavilane, i did not have changed and wanted to deposit R600 at the time i had R800, she told me that i know that when i want to make a deposit i need to bring R10 on the side and that she doesnt have change, i apologised for not having change and requested that she ask for the change from her co-worker and she refused , she told me that she will leave me there, as she was walking out of the tills she was busy insulting me, i then got angry and asked her why she is insulting me infront of other customers and staff members, she contiunes and further threatened to beat and urinate on my head. i request to speak to the manager and was told that she is not at work at the time however reported the matter to the second in charge by the name of Khosi. I then called the customer care and reported the matter they took all my details and the details of the store and the person that insulted me and promised that i will be contacted by the regional office. the following day i went back to Pep store and requested to speak to the manager i was assisted by the lady called Nomsa, who then apologied and advised that she will call me on Monday the 16 January to come to the store so she can speak to Hope and me together however to date she has never called me. i have reported the matter to two different people but non of them has bothered to address my complaint or even call me, this for me means that they are condoning thier staff to insult client the way they want knowing that will not do anything. the customer care is also useless because they do not take complaint seriously. i am a client of Pep but i doubt i will ever use their services after how i have been ttreated by the staff and management.</p>
