Being insulted by the store manager

On tge 15 November I went to Pep to pay for the DSTV I was told that they are offlibe and I was adviced by the cashier to go and pay opposite to them at Pep cell. Upon my arrival there we three ladies standing by the tills and they were laughing loud teasing the other guy who was leaving the store I stood there and no one offered to assist me I then went to the lady named Nolitha I said to her " can I pay for my DSTV here" she reply by saying yes and my second question was "are you not off line because I am coming from the other Pep store and they are offline". She become irritated and raised her voice and told me that Im asking a stupid question because ahe already told me that I can pay. I asked her not to get bored and raised her voice because I had to ask to make sure as I am coming from the other store and they are offline. She answered back and kept on telling that I didnt have to ask such a stupid question and she even said that I am a fool because Im asking stupid questions I then asked to speak to the store manager she said ahe is the store manager. So I told her that the only thing thatbos stupid is a store manager insulting and telling a customer that she is stupid. I advived her to go back for training because she does not have the qualities of being a manager. She kept on answering back I shut up and said can I pay she said she is not gonna assist me her colleague will asking me. I paid and left the store with a broken heart regretting going to that store.
