Bed customer service

I'm writing with a bleeding heart, the cashier Nomsakazo at pep 7280 witbank crossing refused to assist me when I wanted to send pexi, she gave me a very bad attitude and hard time telling me they are not allowed to use the store name to send pexi so she can't assist me if I don't have the store number. I was so surprised that pep 7280 can't use store name when sending pexi, I send pexi almost every day and I sometimes use the store name if I don't have store code.

Nomsakazo refused to give me services until she called the manager who then assisted me with sending pexi. Im very disappointed at how pep operates and how they treat their customers. I experience bad customer service all the Time when I go to Pep 7280.
