BATTERY OF SHARP TABLET NET SURFER LASTS AN HOUR

I bought the above mentioned gadget at pep kempster mall on the second September. I charged it but it wouldn't hold charge for more than an hour. I got a chance to take it back on the 7th of September. I was served by a lady by the name Ketumetse who was not so helpful and rude. she did not want to take the phone until some customers intervened. Then she took the phone and she did not give me anything in the form of a proof for returning the phone. On further requests she gave me a plain paper for me to write whatever I wanted and she said she will put a pep stamp. She brought this under the pressure of the customers who ame to my rescue.<br> On the 10th of September i returned to the shop. I was served by a lady called Emily. She told me there was no problem with the gadget. I insisted that I check it before I left. Within 5 minutes it had lost 5% of its battery life.
