Batteries

I went to pep lebowakgomo saw 4 eveready batteries for R18.99.after paying the receipt say R34.99.then when I ask the cashier Ngobeni Jolene gave me so much attitude,telling me that if I want to pay R 18.99 she will give me two batteries and if I don't want then I must go.when I call the manager Yvonne she didn't even want to talk to me.she referred me to another staff member whp didn't give me a solution.so pep I want those 4 batteries for R18.99,just the way I found them.Please the customer service is bad in there
