Basically i want my package

On the 21st of December 2018 my brother left a bag for delivery from joburg to Durban which shouldve been 7 to 8 working days. I called two days ago and the told me that they only took it the previous day which wouldve been 8th of January 2019. I sent an email about this matter and the auto reply says the following: Dear Valued Customer.
