Bad/Worst treatment from NTHABISENG at Dawn Park pep cell

Yesterday I went to Pep 4884 pep cell in Dawn Park Boksburg to purchase a LTE ROUTER *** HUAWEI E5576 I went back today 06 June 2025 because the router doesn't show the battery level and signal strength it switches on then after 2 minutes switches off .They young man Sbongiseni tried his level best to assist me afterwards he called NTHABISENG who told that there is nothing she can do about my concern and she can't replace my router if am not certified l should speak to NOSI her boss I then how should I drive a car that doesn't show petrol level and oil level meaning I should just use the router until it dies then charge it The router when charge it doesn't get full because it doesn't show battery level or percentage I need this router for my line of work I should stay online from 07h00 until 19h00 so how do I work with something like this that doesn't display if l have LTE connections on it , doesn't display power percentage , keeps on switching on and off

But bad treatment or attitude I received from NTHABISENG made me hate Pep cell Dawn park to the core .l hope no one goes there and experience the worst ever bad treatment I received in my life
