BAD,POOR SERVICE PEP

My bad experience with PEP Upington Kgalagadi Centre. Apr 2019 I've made a lay bye with them for my kids... paid for 2 months. Surprisingly I got there on Saturday 06.07.2019 and found that my lay-bye packets was opened and i was only issued with 2 bags which was also opened. I've lost most of the stuff (R1700). What is the purpose for Lay bye if its not safe. The only thing they could say was Sorry but the packets are gone,..... How does packets just vanish yho i'm shocked. This will be my last time I visit PEP, poor service
