baddest Service

i went into a Pep-store in South Gate Mall on the 1st Septemeber 2020, as i was standing in a queue i saw a DSTV Explora since i was shopping for one. I got to the Till and asked the lady how much are they selling the Explora and she responded R1000.00 and i asked her does it come with the installation, she said yes. After paying she asked for my details including my address so the installer will have them, she also wrote Bongane Zwane's number on a piece of paper and told me that would be the person who's going to install my DSTV, he will give me a call if he doesn't i must phone the guy. on the 4th i got a call from the Lady called patricia/Portia saying there was a mix up the DSTV i bought does not come with the installation and i asked why because that's the first question i asked and all she could say was that was the honest mistake.

I went to the store again yesterday the 06 September 2020 to return my Explora and S'fiso was assisting me until he asked if the box was still sealed and i said no i have opened it, he then told me to come back Monday because the box is open and i asked why because i am already here and he said that's the store rules which i do not understand. I am wasting my petrol and time going back and forth to Pep for nothing.

Myself i would never ever shop at any Pep Stores and i will never recommend any one to do so as their services sucks and their staff have no idea what customer service is.
