Badd service pep and are manager

I was now twice by Pep Broadway Strand...the security guard ha s no respect and the area manager deff3nds him...1st time he pushed my wife out of the way to come and hit me and now on Sunday when I was there again he told me I am full of ****...area manager just phoned and said I am the only customer that complaints about him and so he must stay..so what thearea Manger is telling me is that the customer can complain and nothing g will happen..bad bad bad
