Bad treatment by management

So on the 17th of January I went to pep home eyethu mall, went inside the shop with a small shopping bag that had a nappy baby bottle and my purse went straight to the till where I was visible to the cashier and security. One of the staff asked me to go put my bag at the front told her I can't since there was only the above mentioned items, she then continued yelling at me and told the staff not to help, she then called customer care and the lady I spoke was also surprised at wat was said I then told her that I would like to escalate the matter she said I should. Now my question is why was I treated like a ******** and yelled at by Helen and treated like a ******** in front of staff and customers by Helen at pep home eyethu mall My contact number is ***
