Bad treatment at pep Greenacres

I went to pep Greenacres to go check on a parcel that my friend sent me. It's my first time using pexi. So I tried to ask the cashiers how it works and they were so unfriendly and made me look like a fool and I noticed one thing that they are friends with a manager that was very rude towards me and one of the cashier name is pamella if I'm not mistaken.
