My name is Eugene Montshiwa from Klerksdorp yesterday I was at one of your stores at PEP KLERKSDORP TERMINUS BRANCH at 17:23 and I was told that I could not enter the store because the store is already closed then I asked the lady that was busy cleaning her name is KEKE I asked her that the TRADING HOURS on the front window says the store closes at 17:30 and it's only 17:23 then she called another lady by the name of Maggy then Maggy said to me that if her watch says its 17:30 then it's 17:30 she does not care what my says!
