Bad store service

Last week I visited our local PEP stores in Heidelberg Western Cape, I bought a new cell c stater pack and RICAed the simcard, unfortunately 3days later the simcard was not working.

On Saturday morning 23 November I sent my father to the store as I was unable to go myself, the manager of the store greeting my father and informed him that they would re-issue a new simcard as soon as the store opened (at 8 as stated on the door).

Past 8 my father knocked on the door and asked when the doors would be open, the staff just stood there and laughed at him. My father decided to go to Swellendam to re-issue a new simcard.

This is unacceptable for any retail business and should be addressed immediately, even though it is something as small as a simcard.

If ever in the future I need to do business with this store I would rather go to a different town or company to do so.
