Bad services as well as the exchange rules

I bought a show month end of July but i dont remember the exact date I bought the school shoe, now the shoe doesnt fit, so now I had to buy another shoe because I lost the sleep, the shoe isnstill tagged, it show it was never worn. Apparently we cannot get a refund or do an exchange as well so now I'm stuck with a shoe.

Tje service i received from the manager in your Bellville store is very bad she just left me there she just said "no slip no exchange" and left me there.
