Bad services

Visited pep at brookside mall in Pietermaritzburg over the weekend to exchange clothes my son was given as a gift for his birthday on the 09 July 2020 not for a refund but to change the size.I didn't have a slip but the tags were still on the items,the sales Lady was so rude and refused to even look at what I needed to exchange she was down right rude and told me she can't help me even if the clothes have tags but don't fit and she won't do any exchange even if its not for cash,she needs a lesson in customer service. I currently have a lay bye for my son at that exact store that I will be cancelling.
