Bad service/product

Saldanha pep I brought a cellphone February 2024, April 2024 I had to take it back since it was not charging I couldn't get refunded so it had be send in for repairs now a month later got the phone back same problem now I can't take back a cellphone every 2 to 4 months R1000 does not grow on my back
