Bad service/lack thereof

Real ****py service (or lack thereof) from PEP Home. I called around and sent an email about a certain item being out of stock and no one is able to tell me when it would be restocked in the Western Cape. All they say it is out of stock in WC and that I would need to keep checking at my nearest store. This was the response via DM on Instagram! Don't even get me started on the terrible email I received being of no help at all! This is really bad service. You telling me that there is no contingency in place is numerous customers require a certain item??? That is ridiculous.
