Bad service wrong price

Pep home ferndale We wanted to buy a phone as advertised for 499 i wanted to pay all of a sudden the price changed to 699 the lady called the manager who was busy shopping at another store.

The manager said sorry he made a mistake and still needed to take the price down and im not getting it for the price as advertised.

All of a sudden the manager and the teller ignored me and walked away and said i need to look for something else otherwise i can forget about it.

I took a photo afterwards about the price and phone that is advertised for that price, as its still in display.
