Bad service with PepCell

My mother took her cellphone for repairs at Bridge City mall on the 15June , unfortunately due to unrest in July the store was looted.I phoned the call centre and advised to go to the nearest Pep.I went to Gateway mall together with the slip on the 27/08/2021 till today nobody has contacted us,as I was promised to be contacted the same day by the gentleman in charge of the store.I have sent the emails to the customer care with the same query nobody bothered to answer to that email, also I sent the dm to instargram still no reply..my mother is number *** 089 and EMEI ***.You can reach my mother at this number ***.I have run out of options now🙄
