Bad service with no resolution

I bought a DSTV decoder that come with installation and had the slip in my car of which the car was broken into and all stuff ******. Now the store cant even do a reprint or provide a new voucher for me. Yet I paid for installation pep is really giving bad name to DSTV multichoice. Never buy your decoder at PEP and call centre is rude and not helpful
