Bad service & security

I've never been treated so badly by PEP staff members. The Langa branch in Langa Junction have not once proved to me that they do not have the best service. The are a couple of occasions with the same person which I have reported however seems like the reporting only gaslighted her. The security at the door was not only swearing but consistently pushing me only because I asked why they closed the store early there are clear operational hours by the door but they kept on saying they will not wait for clients to come as they were sitting the whole day and it was not busy all of a sudden it's busy towards close of ****.

To advise I will not stop using the store but I will keep on writing reviews as soon as bad service is provided
