Bad Service - Refund

was in Pep Cell, Johannesburg Braamfontein 23 Jorrison Street on the 29th January 2021- Friday at 12:45 bought a stylex phone and was the one who asked about the returns hence was only told that they have a warranty and a guarantee while i was waiting they just came with a phone without opening it in-front of me and activated the sim card then I paid, went back to work, when i got the chance to go through with the phone I realized that the phone was extremely slow then returned it to the store at 16:00 after work, requesting for a refund because its not what I needed, the staff was so ******** and foolish as they could not even make me to upgrade or something poor service, then fumed as one of the girls called the supervisor who is just do have a clue with customer service, i told them that i can not have something that i dont want but what they told me is that there was no refund, the supervisor screamed and said she is pregnant during the conversation and called out for security because i was stressing about my refund which obviously believe that they employed someone who is not resolving my enquiry shouting at me that she is pregnant which is something that has nothing to do with me, decided to take a video so that everyone could see how rude she was, she then screamed at me saying i should not take a video without her concern, i left everything at the store because honestly i am unable to use this so called phone,

my review: this phone was brought back before and thats was the reason they forced me to take something i dont want. no one told me that there is no refund before i bought the item was told to sign and that it.

i am 100% sure that i was ****med by this guys, i need my refund
