BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

I went to Pep cell Lenasia to do a cash sent transaction, in this instant, I was the one to receive cash. There wasn't a long queue, which was good, but the cashier! Selena Molefe/ Moloi, her service was terrible, the attitude she had stung. As she was serving me, I told her that I would like to receive R400 of cash. She tells me the man infront of me also wants R300 cash back, 'WE DONT HAVE YOUR MONEY' what kind of a store dont have R700 in place for such transactions!? If the system isnt offline, they dont have cash. If they do have cash, the system is ALWAYS offline. I get that they might have performed other cash send transactions before me, but the attitude and the behaviour of Selena, disgusting. I went ahead and asked her if she's always that rude to her customers, she escalated, by use of body language and her face! I wonder if that Pep Cell store at Lenasia has a manager at all, cause wow! I'm never shopping at Pep again.
