BAD SERVICE ( PUNCTUALITY, ATTITUDE AND GOODS NOT MARKED DOWN ON TIME)

On the 08/07/2017 I bought boots at PEP Langaville Ekhaya Complex unfortunately they were small I had to return them. On the following day 09/07/2017 I went in the morning before they open, WE STAND THERE WATCHING THE STAFF TALKING TO EACH OTHER AS IF THE WERE NO CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND TOO. EVENTUAL AT 09:05 THE SHOP WAS OPEN WITHOUT ANY APPOLOGIES AND THE SERCURITY GUY XOLANI WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT TIME DO THEY REALLY OPEN BECAUSE ITS 09;00 ACCORDING TO THE NOTICE ON THE GATE. HE JUST SAID 09;05 NO APPOLOGY OR ANYTHING. ON THE CONTARY PEP CELL WHICH IS NEXT DOOR TO THEM HAD ALREADY OPEN AND ALL THE OTHER STORES ON THE COMPLEX. To make matters worse when I did the exchange the boots where marked down to R59.99 and the cashier (slim and light incomplexion) asked why did I pay R79.99 and DUH do I run PEP because this store they marked down merchanside a day later whilst other stores the merchandise was already reduced. THIS IS BAD SERVICE THE MANAGER DID EVEN BOTHER TO APPOLOGIASE AND HIS VERY FULL OF HIMSELF HE DOESNT EVEN GREET HIS CUSTOMERS.

I DONT MAYBE BECAUSE THIS STORE IS SITUATED IN A VACINITY WHERE A MAJORITY OF CONSUMERS ARE LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE THE ENTIRE SECTION MOST PEOPLE THEY SURVIVE ON GORVENMENT GRANT AND THEY ARE REGARDING AS LOW CLASS AND STUPID. MAYBE THATS WHY THEY GET THAT TREATMENT.
