Bad service Pep Rynfield

Bad, bad service. PEP RYNFIELD BENONI. 12 - 15 people in the queue. Only one till open. Staff very rude when I asked that they open another till (Me. Bushwe) I asked to speak to the manager. It was expected from me go and see her in the storeroom. I insisted that she please come to me, after a while, she came trotting, slowly with her cup of coffee in her hand, no interest in assisting realy. The same queue situation happened yesterday and another customer complained.
