Bad service Pep Karaglen

On 30/01 went to Pep Karaglen to send my parcels, when I was putting my parcels inside the plastic just ******* told they cashier I need a new plastic told me can’t able to replace wit a new one I asked for refund didn’t allow it at all what system does allow to do a refund while ur plastic are so weak? I asked for the manager told me stories that they’re not around? Don’t understand how can a store operate without a manager around? Again they laughed and urging wit me? Who teachers ur stuff members customer service? Clearly shows they’re unprofessional & don’t deserve to work wit clients at all? Can you sort out these store now
