Bad Service Pep (Ivory Park)

I am very much disappointed with the treatment I received from Pep Cell(Ivory Park) staff member by the name of Mittah. I wanted to buy Flash Token for R1500 and I had R1400 notes and R100 coins. She said to me that they don't have moneybags. At first I didn't take her serious and she kept repeating the same thing that when I asked her that why is she making moneybags issue for me? She was like I have two choices to make, it's either to go buy it somewhere or put it in a plastic. The treatment I received from her it was very bad. She needs customer service training.
