Bad service PEP Hebron mall

I bought a Fone at Pep Hebron mall using Foneyam contalract, the phone was not charging 2 days after I bought when I returned it I was suppose to get a new fone according to Ts&Cs of their contract. Then pep had a system error of giving me a new device it's been over a month but still I haven't gotten the phone always pep says they are calling, they are fixing it yooooo ****mers. I wonder why they take contracts to supply fone for clients when they know they can't deliver. Becarefull when you take phones using this foneyam because when you encounter a problem no one wants to take responsibility. I had to sent emails to Foneyam but still nothing Pep it's even worse when I go there I will be told to wait 1 hour
