Bad service pep constantia kloof

Went to pep constantia kloof to look at something for my husband, first the sales staff did help after my husband stood next to them for a couple of minutes when my husband asked them are they going to help us they said nothing just went on talking and scaning, then the branch manager said we nusnt report it she will sort it out. We asked her about some t shirts she said they dont have stock. I wen to the pants to look at it also to buy then she asked me what size im looking for when i told her what size she said i am to fat i must go to the gym. I ignored her at first but turned around to tell her she was rude then she said she only made a joke and that i must start to run everyday that will help me to loose weight. We phoned the head office then the gentleman said he will come back to us and i must be upset because it is a culture thing thats why she said what she did.
